What this service is

Rapportvo is software for a fund's investor record: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps investors, commitments, capital calls, distributions and quarterly reports. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no agency, broker or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Rapportvo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index lists every free worksheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not a fund administrator's statement, not an audited NAV, not a securities-law opinion and not advice on investor eligibility or tax; those are your administrator's, your auditor's, your counsel's and your accountant's answers.
