Write to support and a person who works on Rapportvo answers, usually within one working day. Billing questions, getting your first investors and commitments in, or whether the record fits how your fund reports. We do not answer questions about securities law, investor eligibility or tax, because those belong to your fund counsel and your accountant.

If Rapportvo Pro is not doing what this site said it would, tell support within 30 days of a charge and we refund that charge. No form to find, no hoops. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end. Prefer email? hello@rapportvo.com reaches the same people.
