About Rapportvo

Rapportvo is a small piece of software for the person at a fund who keeps its investors. It has two halves. The worksheets are free and compute a capital call and the quarter's paid-in, DPI, RVPI and TVPI figures on the page from the numbers you type in. Rapportvo Pro is the record those figures come from: every investor with their commitment, every capital call and distribution against it, and every notice and update that went out, kept with dates and exportable at any time.

Why this site exists

This site exists because a first or second fund keeps its investors in a spreadsheet, its capital calls in a mail merge and its quarterly figures in whoever last opened the file, and the moment an investor asks what they still owe or why this quarter's TVPI moved, three sources have to be reconciled by hand. The figures a fund reports are simple arithmetic over a small record, and the record is the thing worth keeping properly.

Who it is for

The investor relations lead, the general partner or the operations person at a venture or private equity fund, a search fund or a syndicate that calls capital against commitments and reports to its investors each quarter

Not a founder raising a round, not a limited partner deciding whether to commit, not a deal team sourcing investments, and not a fund administrator keeping the NAV ledger

What it does not do

  • No securities-law or eligibility advice: whether an investor may be admitted, and under which exemption, is your fund counsel's answer
  • No NAV, no audited close and no waterfall accounting: the administrator's and the auditor's job, never ours
  • No ranking of funds and no benchmark returns: this site publishes no fund's performance
  • No introductions to investors: we sell no placement, no lists and no leads

What is on this site

2 free worksheets, each working its figure on the page with no account, and Rapportvo Pro that keeps the record. All worksheets · Pricing.

What Rapportvo Pro keeps

The worksheets are free. Pro is what happens after the figure is right: the call becomes a notice on the investor's record, the quarter's figures become the report that went out, and next year you can still see what was called from whom, when, and what they were told.

Who answers for it
