# Rapportvo

> Rapportvo is software for the person at a venture or private equity fund who keeps its relationships with the people who put money in: free worksheets that compute a capital call and the quarterly TVPI, DPI and paid-in figures from the fund's own commitments with no account, and Rapportvo Pro, which keeps the investor record: every investor with their commitment, every capital call and distribution against it, and every quarterly report. It covers drawdown funds only. It is not a deal pipeline, not portfolio monitoring, not a fund administrator's NAV ledger, and it is not written for the founder raising a round or the limited partner choosing a fund.
